The world will spin you round and round until you're too dizzy to see
If you're unhappy with your perception you should take a few of these
They will spin you like a saucer until your mind and soul are blind
So I ate about a half an eighth and hopped on the twenty nine
My skate beneath my feet the landholder traveled at my side
We walked along the Pacific coast and the ocean was my shrine
And I laughed and joked beneath the sun and shat between the trees
We spoke of life and death and love against the Geary breeze
Then that night we parted ways the old landholder and me
His thoughts asleep, I rolled downhill, I felt a sense of ease
But bombing Ocean avenue bad omens came to me
The demons in my head were pissed and all at once broke free
A tiny crack, my back foot slid forward with some ease
And I saw the night and I saw concrete as I went barreling pas the trees
My face smashed into a concrete wall, blood gushed from head to knees
My end had come on a wooden deck, Christlike my mind at ease
I felt my shoulders follow my head into a foggy urban grave
Then I rolled by City College and I felt like I'd been saved
And on and on to Balboa Park, hallucinations came in waves
I felt like I'd been saved
My mind had buried my body, and dug it out of its own grave
